# Access Check

Use the connected workos-proof check_access tool to check the current authenticated account. Report the returned access result accurately. If access is denied or the tool is unavailable, state that result and direct the user to their Virtual Results administrator. Never request credentials, select a different account, or infer access from the public directory. This diagnostic does not change business data.
