Connect your IDX Broker account (Home → Access Control on the IDX Broker dashboard) by pasting the key in chat, then work it from chat: see new leads, read and change a lead’s saved searches, build a shareable saved link for a set of criteria, and create an embeddable featured-listings widget. Prefer not to paste it in chat? Ask for a one-time private settings link instead. Accounts under Virtual Results’ IDX partnership can also search MLS listings, limited to the MLSs approved for that IDX account; other accounts get links, counts and embed codes you can hand to whoever edits your website, plus your own featured listings. - List and read leads, including their saved searches.
- Recommend update vs. create-new vs. delete for a saved search change, with a field-by-field diff, before anything is touched.
- Create a saved search directly; update or delete one only after two separate confirmations — delete is permanent.
- Build a saved link or an embeddable widget (featured-listings showcase, carousel, map search, market report, or virtual showings) and return its link, count of matching listings, or embed code.
- Show your own featured listings. For accounts under Virtual Results’ IDX partnership, search MLS listings from the MLSs approved for that account.

There is no public administration console. Connect or replace your IDX Broker key by pasting it in chat, or ask for a private one-time settings link to test or remove it instead — sign in with your Virtual Results account. Only an organization admin can manage the key. Ask your Virtual Results administrator if you don’t have access.
